We are proud of the quality of our products and stand behind every piece we produce. If you are not happy with your purchase from us for any reason, just return it in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund, replacement or exchange.

Shipping and Processing

For a limited time, we are offering free UPS ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States on all orders over $150. We also offer UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select express shipping options. Charges for our express shipping methods are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and are displayed in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen. Please note: There is an additional $5.00 priority handling charge for UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select express shipping options. Items are generally in stock, allowing us to ship soon after your order is placed, although we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the calculated cost, we will contact you to obtain approval prior to shipping. For our Canadian friends, we offer UPS Canada Standard as a shipping option. We also offer shipping to the United Kingdom via USPS Priority Mail International. For orders originating outside of the United States, we may require additional documentation and/or alternate forms of payment. Remember that all prices are quoted in US dollars. For estimated transit times, please visit the UPS website. Transit times for UPS shipping methods, including Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select are based on the number of business days from the time your shipment is received by UPS until the order is received at your delivery address.

International shipping is currently not available.

Please call for shipping charges when:

• Large orders requiring additional or oversized boxes.
• Orders that are being shipped outside the 48 contiguous states.

Delivery

Most orders are shipped within 5 working days of receiving your order. If there is a delay we will send you a notice of expected delivery date. If you have a specific deadline please let us know the desired date. Due to the individual attention given to each piece that is engraved, please order early for weddings, holidays and other events.

Sales Tax

6% sales tax will be added to all orders being shipped to or within Vermont. An additional 1% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to the following Vermont zip codes: 05250, 05254, 05255, 05495, 05343, 05360, 05401, 05405, 05753 and 05751.

Care of Pewter

Holden Marks is handcrafted in Vermont with pewter made of the finest lead-free alloy of tin, copper and antimony. Over time and with handling, your pewter will develop a distinctive, warm patina.

Your Holden Marks will last for generations if cared for properly. Though certain conditions will cause pewter to oxidize and darken, pewter does not tarnish like silver and copper. Pewter can be cleaned with warm soapy water, rinsed, then towel dried with a soft cloth.

Claims

We pack your orders with great care. However if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please call our customer service department within 10 days of receipt for further instructions.

Important: Please retain all packing materials for damage and shortage claims until claim is resolved.

Returns and Exchanges

Sorry, after a piece has been engraved it cannot be returned. Include the packing slip with your shipment and the reason for return. Please send the package securely wrapped to:
